INSTRUCTIONS 

1. The vendors to submit their applications to be  considered as prequalified suppliers for the period of January 2024 to  December 2025 
2. ACTS has its Headquarters at ICIPE Duduville  Campus, Kasarani Nairobi and has an office at Konza Technopolis Machakos  County. 
3. Interested and eligible applicants should select and  apply for the specific category of services they are   interested in as  outlined in section III (B) of this document.  
4. Relevant forms can be downloaded from the ACTS Website: https://www.acts-net.org  
5. The deadline for applications is 30th April, 2024. 
6. Evaluation of the applications will be done immediately after the closing date. 
7. This Supplier listing does not amount to any contractual obligation on  the part of ACTS. Therefore, ACTS is not obliged to invite any tenders/  quotations from any or all candidates that have expressed interest by  responding to this invitation. 
8. Completed applications must be  returned via the online system with the subject line” Prequalification  of Suppliers “indicating the specific category numbers applied for.  
9. Applications should be addressed to the Executive Director, African  Centre for Technology Studies (ACTS) so as to be received NOT later than  April 30th, 2024 at 11:59PM EAT. 

ACTS reserves the right to accept or reject any application without giving any reasons for the decision.
